We may collect the following types of personal information from users of the Services:

• Usage information, such as the pages and screens you visit and the actions you take within the Services
• Device information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type
• Advertising identifiers, such as your device advertising identifier (IDFA, only with your permission on iOS) and cookie-based identifiers used for ad measurement

We use the personal information we collect to provide our services, improve the Services, and communicate with our users. We may also use your personal information to:

• Respond to your inquiries and support requests
• Monitor and analyze usage of the Services

3. Sharing Your Information

We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

• We may share your personal information with our service providers, such as hosting providers, payment processors, partners, and analytics providers, in order to provide our services
• We may share hashed identifiers and purchase events with advertising partners for measurement, as described in the Advertising and Measurement section below
• We may share your personal information with law enforcement or other government agencies if we are required to do so by law

4. Protecting Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, please note that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Advertising and Measurement

We use advertising tools provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and TikTok to measure how well our advertising works and to reach people who may be interested in Deck AI:

• Meta Pixel (website): Our website uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and reports page views, checkout starts, and purchases to Meta. We only load the Meta Pixel for visitors in the United States.
• Facebook SDK (mobile app): Our iOS app includes the Facebook SDK, which reports app installs, app activity, and in-app purchases to Meta. On iOS, the app only uses your device advertising identifier if you allow tracking through the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Server-to-server events: When you make a purchase, we may transmit the purchase event to Meta directly from our servers, together with a hashed (irreversibly encoded) version of your email address and the cookie identifiers above, so that Meta can match the purchase to an ad.
• Meta's role: Meta processes this data in accordance with its own data policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
• TikTok SDK (mobile app): Our iOS app includes the TikTok Business SDK, which reports app installs, app activity, and in-app purchases to TikTok. The app only uses your device advertising identifier, and only shares your account identifier and a hashed (irreversibly encoded) version of your email address with TikTok, if you allow tracking through the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• TikTok's role: TikTok processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy.

You can opt out of this measurement at any time: on iOS, decline the tracking prompt or turn it off under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on the web, block or clear third-party cookies in your browser. You can also request deletion of your data on our data deletion page.

6. Deck AI Creator Program

This section applies only to users who opt into the Deck AI Creator Program. When you join, we collect additional data to operate the program:

• Linked accounts: Read-only OAuth access to your TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account to collect your username, profile picture, and follower count. We cannot post or modify content on your accounts.
• Video data: Metadata and engagement metrics (views, likes, comments) for submitted videos, used to verify ownership and calculate earnings. Views are tracked for up to 14 days after posting.
• Earnings and payouts: We track your earnings, tier, and XP within the program. Payouts are processed through third-party payment providers — we do not store your bank or card details.
• Demographics: You may be asked to upload a screen recording of your analytics page to verify your audience region for CPM rate assignment.
• Referrals and tax: We track referral relationships via referral codes. If your earnings exceed applicable tax reporting thresholds, we may collect tax forms as required by law.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this Policy will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
