Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete your Deck AI account and the data associated with it, including analytics events and advertising identifiers.
Delete your account yourself
Deleting your account in the app (Account → Delete account) or on the website immediately and permanently deletes your account record, your identifiers, and your analytics events from our systems, and cancels any active subscriptions.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion of your data through our support page. Contact us from the email address associated with your account; deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Data shared with Meta
Identifiers previously shared with Meta (Facebook) for ad measurement can also be managed through Meta's own tools, in accordance with Meta's data policy.
